Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of TeeCaddies and Ace (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. TeeCaddies is currently in beta, so features and availability may change as we improve the product.

What the Service does

Ace searches live tee-time availability across golf courses and booking platforms we integrate with, and helps you and your group coordinate and choose a round. Today, when you’re ready to book, Ace hands you off to complete the reservation yourself, directly on the relevant course or platform’s own checkout. We only promise what the Service can actually do. Features described elsewhere as “coming soon” (like autonomous booking or phone calls to courses) are not yet part of the Service.

Your account

• You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account access secure.
• You must be able to legally enter contracts (e.g., book a tee time and pay for it) to use the Service.
• You’re responsible for any bookings you complete on a third-party platform, including their own terms, pricing, and cancellation policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or the terms of any golf course or booking platform we integrate with.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or the platforms it connects to.
• Use the Service to book tee times you don’t intend to honor, or to abuse course inventory.

Third-party platforms

TeeCaddies relies on golf course booking platforms (including GolfNow/EZLinks, foreUP, Total e Integrated, and, over time, direct course and provider integrations) to search availability and complete bookings. We don’t control these platforms, and your use of them is also subject to their own terms. If a course-specific booking becomes available through an authorized, official integration, we’ll always require your explicit confirmation before a reservation is submitted on your behalf.

No guarantee of availability

Tee-time availability and pricing shown by Ace reflect what the underlying platforms report at that moment and can change before you complete a booking. We don’t guarantee any specific tee time will remain available.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” during this beta period, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, TeeCaddies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any third-party platform it connects to.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We’ll post material changes here with an updated date above.
