What TeeCaddies is

TeeCaddies (“we,” “us”) operates Ace, an AI assistant that searches live tee-time availability across partnering golf courses and helps a group coordinate and book a round. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we handle it. TeeCaddies is currently in beta with a small group of golfers.

Information we collect

• Account & contact info: name, email, and phone number if you provide one, used to identify you and your group and to send booking confirmations.
• Round preferences: what you tell Ace about a round you want to plan, including date, location, budget, group size, and similar details.
• Group & RSVP data: when you share a plan link, we store who was invited and how they responded, so the group can coordinate.
• Usage data: basic technical logs (device/browser type, timestamps, error logs) used to keep the product working and to debug issues.

What we don't collect

We do not ask for or store your login credentials, payment card details, or password for any golf course booking system or third-party platform (GolfNow, foreUP, and similar). Today, when you’re ready to book, Ace hands you off to complete checkout yourself, directly on that platform or course’s own site, in your own session.

How we use your information

• To search live tee-time availability on your behalf across the courses and booking platforms we integrate with.
• To help your group coordinate a round (sharing plans, collecting RSVPs, sending reminders).
• To operate, maintain, and improve TeeCaddies, including debugging and fixing issues.
• To communicate with you about your account, a planned round, or product updates.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

To search availability, we query the golf course booking platforms we integrate with (currently including GolfNow/EZLinks, foreUP, and Total e Integrated, and expanding to direct course/provider integrations over time). We share only what’s needed to perform that search or, once you choose to book, to complete a reservation you’ve explicitly requested. We don’t share your information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep your account and round data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Contact below).

Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• You can close your account at any time.
• You can opt out of non-essential emails/notifications.

Changes to this policy

As TeeCaddies grows, including through new booking integrations or automation on your behalf, we’ll update this policy to reflect exactly what data moves where. We’ll post material changes here with an updated date above.
